Efe Odeleye is the co-founder of Achievers Early College Prep Charter School, a STEAM-focused charter school serving 360 families in grades 6-9. Achievers opened its doors in 2018 and offer 4 pathways of study in digital media arts, audio engineering, Cisco/Computer Networking, and Health Sciences. Efe has worked for charter networks such as Uncommon Schools, and Achievement First, as well as served as a teacher and board member at traditional district schools.
Efe began her career in education as a Teach For America corps member in 2004, teaching 7th grade English in Houston’s Second Ward. While there, she served as 7th-grade Lead Teacher and led her students to achieve significant growth on state exams in English Language Arts. Elected to the Board of Education in Willingboro, New Jersey at the age of 25, Efe worked to increase student academic achievement for her district’s 4,500 students. She graduated as a Henry Rutgers Thesis Scholar with her bachelor’s in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University and completed her master’s degree in Government Administration at The University of Pennsylvania's Fels School of Government. Efe is a 4.0 Schools Fellow and two-time New Schools Innovative Schools Grantee.
David Boudwin is a retired associate pastor of Fountain and Life Center in Burlington, New Jersey. Pastor David has been with Fountain of Life Center and grown through various roles at Fountain over nearly forty years of service. Pastor David has also served as the church’s business administrator for more than two decades.
"Pastor Dave’s" many offices at Fountain enabled him to support the Life Center Academy, a private PreK-12 school located in Burlington, NJ. Over a twenty-year period, Pastor Dave built a competitive basketball program that sent male and female high graduates to college on athletic scholarships. Some of the school’s players went on to play for international leagues and the NBA. Pastor David also serves as a trustee of the University of Valley Forge, New Jersey District.
